Regular items are shipped UPS, Fed Ex or Parcel Post. Heavy items require Motor freight. 

Liability 
Any liability arising from the use of our merchandise is limited to the selling price plus normal shipping charges. 

Returns 
Only unused items may be returned for a refund or exchange. Custom orders can be returned for defects only. Items returned are subject to a restocking fee. Shipping charges are the customer's responsiblity. All returns must be made in 30 days.
